Good question! Howards and Rosie’s are siblings that share an address and bathrooms but are very distinct spaces with unique offerings. On most nights, depending on occupancy, you can freely roam between the two bars.
Yes, Howards offers classic bar food including hot dogs, a great burger, and other snacks. Our kitchen is open until 11 p.m. Monday – Saturday and 10 p.m. on Sunday.
Our security is present for your safety as well as the safety of our neighborhood. They are very friendly folks. If you are nice to them, they will be nice to you.
We are not going to tell you what you can and can’t wear. Sometimes we have sports on in the afternoon, sometimes at night it gets a bit more stylish. But know that we do have the right to implement a dress code on certain days. You might want to stay away from shorts and flip-flops as a general rule. There are plenty of places around town where you can do that. We want Howards to feel special.
Even though Howards is named after a poodle, dogs—no matter big or small—are not permitted inside Howards. Dog are allowed at the outdoor seating area at Rosie’s.
